What do we collect?

When you use a form, the estimator, live chat, WhatsApp, phone or email we collect your name, contact details, property address and the details you give us about the property.

Why do we use it?

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a valuation visit, prepare an offer and, if you go ahead, manage the lease. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

How long do we keep it?

Enquiries that do not lead to a lease are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to a lease are kept for the length of the lease and six years after.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing or ask us to restrict it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
