Who we are
Guaranteed Rent Midlands is part of the S&K Group, a Birmingham construction and property group based in Great Barr. Our services are provided by S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, the group's property investment and improvement company.
Because the group includes an in-house property improvement team, we can take on homes that need work as well as those ready to let, and price any refurbishment before a lease begins.
How we work
- Every offer is in writing, with the rent, term and repair split set out.
- No fees or commission are deducted from your guaranteed rent.
- You are welcome to have our lease checked by your own solicitor.
- We do not publish reviews or claims we cannot back up.
